Don’t drink the water or ever want anything play structures or basketball hoops for kids they are strictly forbidden, some neighbors are nice others are inconsiderate, rent rates are low compared to other parks but the roads need repaved, you can’t drink the water, it’s built on a swamp, and there are many restrictions on what tenants can have on their own lot. Over all idk if I’d recommend it if you have other options. Positive there are lots of kids and they do all come out and play with each other when the weather warms up.
