Stopped here on my way back down home from a northern trip. Place is very clean, nice spacious campsites and the staff was great. There are alot of seasonal campsites but it's not unkept like most campsites, it's clean and organized nicely. And very quiet. Would definitely come again if it was along my route.

Stayed in a tent site. They allow drinking alcohol at the campground, which I thought was neat at first, since not a lot of campgrounds allow it. I read the campground rules and they seemed to care a lot about campers making sure they don’t get drunk and loud and respect other campers.Well, that’s not at all what it was like and there are literally NO campground staff around enforcing any rules whatsoever after dark. The RV campers were loud and rowdy, drinking alcohol until 2am until I finally had enough and had to go ask them to kindly shut up so we could get some sleep. The whole campground could hear them.No after-hours number to call for staff or anything, so you’re on your own if you don’t want to call the police to handle something, which is annoying. If you’re going to allow alcohol, at least do an hourly patrol to make sure rules are being followed and your campground is being respected.Another highly annoying thing - people driving around on their golf carts all hours of the night. So if the drunk campers don’t keep waking you up, the golf carts will.Inconsiderate and annoying as hell, but having to deal with a group of drunk idiots is not something I should have to do on my own as a woman who was just trying to enjoy my night sleeping in my tent.Never staying here again.

Nice campground that caters to mostly seasonal. The transient sites are nice and clean, gravel with full hookups. Very quiet and grassy out the door.We had an electrical problem with our coach and there's a tenant on site that got us fixed up and ready to hit the road again. My only complaint is that there are several seasonal sites that are very rundown with lots of trash around them.

We love Birchview Farm Campground! My family and I seasonally camped there for 2 years. My kids, ages 5 and 9, loved the clean pool and well-kept playgrounds. We had a spacious site that was quiet yet close to all of the amenities. The owner, Mary, and the entire staff took very good care of the grounds and made sure campers were happy. If you're in the greater Philly area looking for a peaceful getaway, we can't recommend Birchview Farm Campground enough!
