What is truly worth choosing when it comes to Bush River Manor is the rare combination of affordability, safety, and a high quality of life. In a housing market that can often feel prohibitive, this community provides a pathway to owning a modern, spacious home in a desirable part of Maryland. Choosing Bush River Manor means opting for a neighborhood where "peaceful and clean" aren't just descriptions, but a daily reality. The fact that the community is also categorized as a retirement community highlights its quiet and respectful atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those looking to downsize into a more manageable and social environment.

I really enjoy living in this community. The neighbors are caring and always looking out for each other. The neighbors have organized a free food pantry located at the mailboxes for people who are in need to help themselves to pantry food items. The park is clean, kept up with and SAFE. The property manager Paula is very friendly and approachable. If you have any kind of issues she cares and is always being helpful offering ideas of a solution. Paula respects the residents and treats them like family. This is a great place to live.

I have owned my mobile home now for over 12 years in this community. It is very peaceful and the neighbors watch out for each other. Much wildlife around to see. Ground rent is less then some other mobile home parks around. Fishing close by in Bush River. If you like peace and quiet, this is a nice place for that.

Hmmm, I have lived here with my parents when I was in middle and high school. Then, I moved back in when my mom became very ill and had cancer that left my mom with 7 months to live. The park is very clean and the ground rent recently went up from $475.00 to $525.00 a month. I think this fee is very high but I have seen many other mobile home parks that have even higher ground rent than here. I think the management need to enforce the park rules to EVERYONE and not to whom they see fit to enforce them too. What’s good for one should be good for all. There are homes in the park that are an eye sore which need to be cleaned as well as the area around their home. The grass should be kept cut in the summer and the homes need to be kept in top notch even on the outside including having no missing skirting around the home. There should not be any junk left in the yards. There should be no trash left outside on the ground in trash bags because other animals do get into the trash. The park dumpsters should be only used for household trash and not be used as a dump site to leave furniture, beds, old microwaves etc. Those individuals who are dumping those items should be fined. It makes the community look horrible. The management of the park need to allow for Recycling. So much trash is being thrown away when many of it can be recycled. As far as I know, this community is safe, quiet, and have no issues with drugs etc. Overall, this is a nice community to live in.
