Concord Terrace Introduce
Concord Terrace is an established manufactured housing community located in the northern region of Concord, New Hampshire. As a staple of the local housing landscape in Merrimack County, this mobile home park provides an essential avenue for affordable homeownership in the state's capital. The community is designed for residents who value a balance between suburban tranquility and the convenience of city living. Within the New Hampshire region, Concord Terrace is known for its residential stability and the neighborly atmosphere that defines many of the long-term households within the park. It serves a diverse demographic, from young professionals looking for their first home to retirees seeking a manageable and peaceful environment.
Living in a mobile home park like Concord Terrace offers a unique lifestyle that differs from traditional apartment renting or high-density urban living. Here, residents enjoy the privacy of standalone homes and the ability to manage their own personal space while benefiting from a shared community infrastructure. The park's atmosphere is frequently described by locals as quiet and settled, making it a preferred choice for those who want to avoid the noise of downtown Concord while remaining just minutes away from its cultural and economic opportunities. In a state where housing costs continue to be a primary concern for many families, Concord Terrace stands out as a practical and welcoming residential option.
The location of Concord Terrace at 73 Fisherville Road is one of its most significant advantages. Situated along a major northern thoroughfare, the park offers residents seamless connectivity to the heart of Concord. Accessibility is a high priority for the community, which includes features such as a wheelchair-accessible parking lot to accommodate residents and visitors with mobility needs. The park’s position allows for a quick commute to the New Hampshire State House, various state agency offices, and the vibrant shops and restaurants that line Main Street. For those who frequently travel for work or leisure, the proximity to Interstate 93 ensures that both the White Mountains to the north and the Manchester-Boston region to the south are within easy reach.
Beyond its highway access, the immediate area surrounding Fisherville Road is well-served by local amenities. Residents are within walking distance or a very short drive of grocery stores, pharmacies, and local eateries. For outdoor enthusiasts, the park is situated near several of Concord’s scenic trails and the Merrimack River, providing ample opportunity for recreation and nature walks. The blend of a semi-rural feel with immediate urban access makes the location of Concord Terrace highly desirable for those who want the full New Hampshire experience without sacrificing the conveniences of modern infrastructure.
