What is worth choosing when considering Easton Mobile Home Park? For many, the choice comes down to the value of the location. Easton is a town with a high barrier to entry in terms of real estate prices, and this park offers one of the few ways to secure a residence in the 02375 area at a fraction of the cost of a traditional single-family home. It is worth choosing for those who want to remain in a safe, reputable town with excellent public services while enjoying the financial freedom that comes with a lower monthly housing cost. Additionally, the specific location on Turnpike Street makes it an excellent choice for individuals who do not want to be "tucked away" in a remote area, but rather prefer to be close to the action and convenience of South Easton's commercial district.
Furthermore, the community aspect is a strong deciding factor. Living in a mobile home park often fosters a "look out for your neighbor" mentality that can be harder to find in larger apartment complexes. For elderly residents or those with special needs, this level of informal community support can be a vital asset. Choosing a home here means joining a group of residents who value their independence but appreciate the shared environment of the park. While the community has faced challenges with infrastructure in the past, its central location and the continued demand for affordable housing in Massachusetts ensure it remains a significant landmark in the local South Easton landscape.
In conclusion, Easton Mobile Home Park serves as a practical and accessible housing solution within one of the South Shore's most historic towns. Its proximity to Boston and Providence, combined with the local charm of Easton, makes it a noteworthy option for anyone looking to simplify their lifestyle without leaving the heart of the Commonwealth. Whether you are a retiree looking to downsize or a local professional seeking a strategic location, this community offers the fundamental elements of a New England home.

Customer Reviews
My husband and I lived in the park for 12 years. We are so happy we moved we live in maine now and we are thrilled to be out of thereThe courts and receiver don't know what the he'll they are doing.
This park has a receiver who has driven this mobile home park to all most the ground. This is a home for elderly, disabled & special need children. Talk about Exploiting! I have called Governor Healy! Local and state now federal! I'm so sad for the residents that live here. They don't even have running water at the moment and that seems to be ok
We've waited ten years for a buyer. And finally got one hoping that this place is going to improve, or we will all be homeless...
Very disappointed on the management of this trailer park...anybody can take anybody to court for the most petty reason! Don't you think these people already feel pressured from life, look where they live! Come on management..why not listen to those who live in the trailer allow them to make up rules that protect there freedom, to do and say what the people want..without being threatened for court.. because they are using the little bit of property..that actually belongs to the neighbors!y uncle is Romano D...take care of him!
Average park in a good town on route 138, close to many amenities like convinience stores within walking distance, ultimate pizza and route 24 and 495 are just a few min away. It's not as good as the one that the trailer park boys rule over, but even without Rick, julius and bubbles its ok..lol
