Fairton Oaks Mobile Home Community Introduce
For those looking to embrace the quiet beauty of South Jersey, Fairton Oaks Mobile Home Community stands as a distinctive residential choice in Cumberland County. Located in the small, historic community of Fairton, this mobile home park offers a departure from the typical suburban landscape. While many manufactured housing communities are characterized by high density and minimal greenery, Fairton Oaks is frequently noted for its "country type setting." Surrounded by lush woods and mature trees, the park provides a scenic environment that appeals to residents who value privacy and a connection to the outdoors. It is a place where the landscape feels less like a traditional development and more like a quiet retreat nestled within the natural geography of the region.
The community is designed to cater to those who appreciate a slower pace of life. For local New Jerseyans, the ride to the park itself is often described as picturesque, winding through the rural expanses that define this part of the state. Fairton Oaks serves as a residential hub for individuals and families who are seeking the benefits of a manufactured home community—such as affordability and lower maintenance—without sacrificing the aesthetic of a wooded, rural neighborhood. As a "family" type community, it welcomes a diverse range of residents, creating a neighborhood fabric that is rooted in the unique character of Fairfield Township.
Location and accessibility are key features of Fairton Oaks Mobile Home Community. Situated at the intersection of Clarks Pond Road and Ramah Road, the park is ideally positioned for those who enjoy local recreational activities. It is located just a short distance from Clarks Pond, a local landmark known for its fishing and scenic views, and is within easy reach of the Cohansey River. This proximity to local bodies of water and state-managed natural areas makes it a prime spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Despite its rural feel, the community is conveniently located near the town of Bridgeton, providing residents with quick access to regional shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and local schools.
For commuters, the park offers straightforward access to major South Jersey arteries. Residents can easily connect to Route 49 and Route 77, making trips to nearby hubs like Vineland or Millville efficient. This balance of seclusion and connectivity is a significant draw for local users who work in the surrounding industrial or agricultural sectors but wish to come home to a quiet, wooded lot. The accessibility extends to the park's layout itself, which features paved roadways and established lot placements that accommodate various styles of single-wide and double-wide manufactured homes.

I never lived in a trailer , I go camping and it's not a far stretch. I have seen many mobile home communities & they have no wooded lots, hardly any trees, very rare is there a body of water. However, I really liked Fairton Oaks. The ride to it was very scenic, the "park" itself had plenty of trees, surrounded by woods, and it was in a country type setting. I had never heard of Fairton Oaks, and could not even recall such a community out that way. If I were to ever live in a trailer , that would be the community for me.
The owner and property manager are the type of people who have god complexes and think they can run the lives of the people who live here, property manager snoops through your stuff and looks through windows into your property and will harass you over any little thing. This trailer park is no better than Tips or any other park in the area. Avoid living here unless you want every move you make to be monitored or judged by the people running this horribly mismanaged trailer park
All I can say is that for all the people saying that it's a quiet and nice place to live are dead wrong. I have lived here for 8 years and things are going down hill fast, the owner who will never return your call. When you explain what is going on with his park, he always has the maintenance man back, so what does the maintenance man have over you,he doesn't believe you.the maintenance man harasses women ,He has came in my yard statingI'm on notice about my yard. He better get the hoarders around here first. The entire park does not like him. Well 3 people like him. Lol
The new manager is the best. I messaged him with an issue I was having and he called me back within 5 minutes. He is kind and helped me right away. They couldn’t have hired a better manager.
Mom Dukes live here. When we visit it's a clean quiet park. Sucks I can't move here with my kids....Oh well!
