Feissner's Mobile Home Park Introduce
Feissner's Mobile Home Park is a long-standing residential community located in the town of Berwick, Pennsylvania. As a established fixture in the Columbia County housing landscape, this park serves as a community for individuals and families looking for residential options within the borough. The park is characterized by its high density and close-knit living arrangements, which are common in many traditional Pennsylvania mobile home communities. For residents of the Berwick area, the park represents a centrally located neighborhood that has been part of the local fabric for many years, offering a variety of housing units that vary in age and condition. The community is managed locally, providing a space for those who need a roof over their heads in a convenient part of town.
The atmosphere at Feissner's Mobile Home Park is that of a bustling neighborhood where residents live in close proximity to one another. Like many older residential parks in the region, it features a mix of long-term inhabitants and newer arrivals. While the property has seen significant use over the years, it remains a point of interest for those who are looking for a project or a low-cost entry point into homeownership. The community dynamic is very active, with many neighbors knowing one another well. This creates an environment where communal awareness is high, though privacy can be limited due to the spatial layout of the lots. For those facing difficult times or seeking a location where they can perform their own renovations and improvements, this park offers the essential benefit of a stable residential address in a town with a strong industrial and community heritage.
Location and accessibility are the primary benefits of living at Feissner's Mobile Home Park. Situated on Park Road in Berwick, PA 18603, the park is exceptionally well-placed for those who do not wish to rely heavily on a vehicle. It is located directly across the street from a local public park, which serves as a major recreational asset for families and children living in the community. Furthermore, the park is within easy walking distance of several major local amenities. Residents can quickly reach established businesses such as Sheetz, Giant Food Stores, Ace Hardware, Dollar General, and McDonald's. This central positioning makes it an ideal spot for individuals who value being close to shopping, dining, and employment opportunities within the Berwick borough. However, visitors should be aware that the internal roadways are narrow, often making it difficult for two vehicles to pass simultaneously, and parking configurations can vary significantly from lot to lot.

Choosing Feissner's Mobile Home Park is often a decision based on necessity and the value of a central location. What makes this park worth choosing for the right person is the potential it holds for those who are handy with tools and looking to build equity through sweat equity. In a housing market that can often be out of reach for many, the ability to buy an older trailer outright and fix it up as you go is a valuable pathway to stability. Furthermore, for a parent who wants their children to be within a stone's throw of a playground, or for a resident without a car who needs to walk to the grocery store, the location on Park Road is genuinely advantageous. While the park faces challenges common to older urban residential sites—such as narrow roads and the need for ongoing structural updates—the convenience to Giant, Sheetz, and local parks provides a level of accessibility that is hard to find in more rural developments. If you are looking for a place where you can be close to the heart of Berwick and have the freedom to renovate your own space, Feissner's Mobile Home Park provides the essential foundation you need to get started.

Customer Reviews
Severely dilapidated structures in this Mobile Home Park. Some trailers are fair(still not an option I would take) but the majority of them either need a lot of renovations/remodeling or should be condemned. Very few people keep up their yards, leaving trash/debris scattered throughout the lots and road. Some occupants can be known as hoarders. Have heard from previous tenants/reliable sources, that it tends to become infested with either bed bugs or cockroaches through out the year every year without fail. A lot of known addicts and offenders tend to frequent this property. Everybody knows everybodys business, theres hardly any privacy as everyone is close in Proximity. It has only gotten worse over the years. Can be a quiet place on occasion but for the most part, noisy at any given time. Either equipment/tools are being used, people arguing and getting belligerent or partying or dealing with a high volume of traffic constantly in and out. Not a place I could/would consider comfortable or even home. However in a pinch and hard times, a roof over your head is valued and essential so if you can do the construction it needs and have the time and money, you can always fix it up as you go. Not sure on the pricing of rent. I'm sure you can rent to own or even buy the trailer out right. The only positive I can say about this premises is that it is close to the park, which is great for the kids, located across the street, not too far from sheetz, giants, ace, dollar general, McDonald's, and a few other convenient places. It is within walking distance for those who like to be active.
Roadways are too small for 2 vehicles. Children in the road at all hours of day and night pets cats &dogs as well. Parking on one side non existant on the other none at all or 3 cars deep depending on the lot. And it floods everytime it rains more than an inch or two.
It's nice they have a play ground for the kids things for the adults to do you can have golf carts they have tent sites too
That place needs cleaned up, and the manager there, tells everyone's business, and, she shouldn't be telling people's business, they TRUST HER, and she blabs it to others, and no dogs aloud, why does she
Needs better and proper fixing the place up. Also too muddy
