Safe peaceful place to live. Well maintained. We've lived here since 2002. Most residents mind their own business. Big savings over apartment rent prices, or a traditional house. Higher altitude fresh air and breeze. Easy access to highways and Syracuse, but in the country. We're glad to live here, and love our single-wide that Dale Shute sold to us at cost.
Beautiful area, owners are friendly and keep the park updated and well maintained. Neighbors have been very nice! The area is beautiful for walking and discovering.

Found this perfect gem hidden in a beautiful country setting when we first started looking for a home to purchase. Love the country setting and Craig was easy and not at all pushy while assisting us on choosing the best home for us. I love our home and the perfect community that we live in. This is a nice, peaceful place to live. We've been here 6 years. The grounds are filled with beautiful mature trees and colorful landscaping. Management takes pride in keeping the area beautiful and eyesore free. Plowing is taken care of promptly and multiple times daily. The owners and park managers live LOCALLY which is a huge benefit.
