What is worth choosing at Kampfires is the incredible variety of lodging and entertainment packed into a single location. For those who want the camping vibe without the "hard ground" experience, the Inn at Kampfires provides a high-end alternative that still allows you to enjoy a private campfire and picnic table just outside your door. The glamping Airstreams are another standout choice, offering a nostalgic yet luxury way to experience the outdoors. Foodies will appreciate the rotating selection of on-site food trucks and the local craft beers available at the shop, while families will find that the "unlimited mini-golf" pass provides hours of affordable entertainment for the kids.

Choosing Kampfires also means choosing a community-oriented business that gives back through events like Charity Bingo Nights. The balance of high-quality amenities—like the cleanest showers you are likely to find in any RV park—and the rustic beauty of the Vermont woods makes it a top-tier choice for both quick stopovers and extended retreats. Whether you are splashing in the pool, enjoying a Moose Lovers sundae at Scoops, or hiking the nearby ruins of Madame Sherri’s castle, Kampfires Campground, Inn & Entertainment delivers a memorable and authentic slice of Vermont life. It is the perfect destination for those who want to experience the best of the Green Mountains with all the comforts of home.

My husband and I were driving through the state and were looking for a place to stay. We came across Kampfires.. The people were amazing Crystal and Josh the inn keepers were so kind. My husband and I played ladder golf, had some dinner and ice-cream. This place offers so much. We stayed in the inn the room was so beautiful and clean. They offer craft beer which was a nice touch. The pool is clean and refreshing. We can’t wait to go back!!

Nice park conveniently located to southern and central VT sites and activities. Sites are spacious and staff very pleasant and responsive. Our 42’ class A had room to maneuver without fear of hitting anything. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great first time experience here. The sites in section F were all nice, flat and well managed. My only comment is the price for a bundle of firewood. $13.00 is on the high side. Typically we pay between 8 and 10$. Other than that, we will definitely come back!

We were just here for an over night. It was great for that. They have numerous pull-thru sites. The site was mostly level, clean and had a very nice firepit that looked new and you could cook on it.The pool was the highlight. Large pool with nice seating options. The deep end I think was 8 feet deep so we had a lot of fun jumping in.They have an ice cream stand and had some live music on Friday night. Their site indicates food truck on Friday night but they do not have that any more. The office does not really have a store with any camping supplies so make sure you have what you need. The office did however have local beers and a beer tap. That's a first for the check in desk.Staff was friendly and we had full hook up.They have mini gulf but it is outdated and the greens are surrounded with blacktop which is very cracked.

Adorable place! We only got to spend a few hours to stay in one of the glamping rooms but it was so cute! They provided snacks in the main are of the glamping building and anything else we need! The staff was super understanding for our late checkin and left us all of the information to get to our room. We will absolutely be back when we have time to enjoy the games and activities.
