Littleton motor Court is a nice little mobile home park for residence 55 and older is convenient to the highway and has very nice people. I am so glad I moved here in 2013.
Mobile homes are fairly non existent in MA and the few that are around well...no exception that over the years the park has grown significantly and homes are placed very close together. Many owners have added on with porches etc. This one is centrally located and easy to find. The majority keep their areas/space well kept. At the end of the day a house is a structure but a home is the people.
I am a tenant in this community, and purchased a new manufactured home here 4 years ago. I have found this community to be filled with thoughtful and caring neighbors. Also, the Park Management is respectful of the community members. They say real estate is about...location...location, and this park has it in spades.
