If I could give zero stars, I would.. DO NOT buy a home from these people. Charged me $200 for lawn care. I told the maintenance man to mow my lawn once which was $25. He decided to charge me 4 more times on top of that. & an extra $100 on top of that. Gave me an attitude when I called and asked about the prices. The lady wouldn’t even let me speak. Bought the home and was told they will be leveling my trailer out, which NEVER happened. It’s still sitting on rocks. And because of that, my floors are caving in. Contacted them about that, and they told me they can’t do anything about it. Even though I have a 1 year old that can be very dangerous for her. Bought the home and had a shower leak that was running through my walls. Maintenance man came over, dug a huge whole in my wall to stop the leaking, told me he would be back the following week to fix it, never did. Still a hole there as we speak. Was told I can’t have no more than two cars in my driveway or the other one will be towed. All they care about is money. Won’t let me sell my trailer to anyone unless they approve who buys it. I paid $28,000 for my trailer and it was the worst mistake I think I could have ever made. Please, use your money towards a place that cares about its tenants. Because this place DOES NOT. And don’t say I didn’t warn you!
