Mason's Mobile Home City Introduce

Mason's Mobile Home City is an established residential community situated in the heart of Warren County, Pennsylvania. For decades, this park has served as a primary location for residents seeking an attainable path to homeownership within the scenic landscapes of the Pennsylvania Wilds. As a manufactured home community, it offers a distinct alternative to traditional apartment living, providing residents with detached dwellings, private yards, and a neighborhood atmosphere. For those living in the Pennsylvania region, Mason's represents a local solution for individuals and families who value independence and the ability to live in a quiet, rural setting while remaining close to the amenities of a bustling city center like Warren.

The community is managed as a land-lease park, a model common throughout Pennsylvania where residents typically own their specific manufactured home and pay a monthly fee for the use of the lot and shared infrastructure. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for those looking to lower their monthly overhead without sacrificing the comfort of a stand-alone house. Mason's Mobile Home City is known for its mature landscape and its long-standing presence in the local area, which has fostered a neighborhood where many families have resided for generations. While the park maintains a rustic and traditional feel, it remains a core component of the housing market in Northwestern Pennsylvania, particularly for those who appreciate the slower pace of life found in the Allegheny plateau.

Location and accessibility are two of the strongest attributes of Mason's Mobile Home City. Located at 903 Jackson Run Rd in Warren, PA 16365, the community is positioned directly on a main thoroughfare that provides easy access to downtown Warren. Residents are just minutes away from essential services, including the Warren General Hospital, local grocery stores, and various retail outlets. For the outdoor-minded, the park is strategically located near the boundaries of the Allegheny National Forest and the famous Kinzua Dam. This provides residents with unparalleled access to hiking, fishing, and boating, essentially making the region's vast natural resources an extension of their own backyards. The park's entrance is designed to accommodate residential traffic, and the site is easily navigated by both personal vehicles and service trucks.

The services offered at Mason's Mobile Home City focus on supporting a stable and functional residential environment. These services include:

  • On-site property management to oversee lot lease agreements and community guidelines.
  • Regular waste collection and recycling services to maintain the cleanliness of the grounds.
  • Utility infrastructure maintenance, ensuring reliable water and sewer connections for all residents.
  • Seasonal road maintenance, including basic plowing and surface repairs to the internal park streets.
  • Administrative support for resident applications and home move-in coordination.
  • Assistance with title transfers and residency approvals for those purchasing existing homes within the park.
  • Community-wide notifications regarding local school district updates and township announcements.

For what they're charging for lot rent, the roads are horrible, I've actually been going here to visit for DECADES, and the asphalt is the exact same, with a few minor patches, a few places that need some more patching, and a couple places that need major fixing of the roads!

Property managers are a joke. If you live here, plan on shoveling out your own car in the winter, because plowing is very sporadic. Even though the property manager lives in the park, and owns the plow, good luck getting him to actually do his job. I wouldn't suggest calling them to complain, or you will get nothing but attitude. If my trailer wasn't already here, I would never use this park

Lived there years ago when the dam was being built. Sid Mason would be rolling over in his grave to see what it's become. We lived what was the "new" part. No trailers there now. Was sad to see the shape of the park.

What can I say, I don't live here, just visiting. Nothing great, nothing terrible. I hear things about the place, but it's not right to judge a place by second hand comments.
