My name is James. Me and my wife Anita moved into this park about 7 months ago. Since staying at the property we have not had water on multiple occasions and there is no water pressure on a daily basis. We have complained to the owners and they do nothing to fix the problem. It is in humane to rent out a trailer that people cannot even take a shower in because there’s no water pressure. My daughter couldn’t even wash her hair. We have no source of heat or air conditioning. I have also had to set mouse traps in my trailer because we found droppings and so far have caught 8 mice in 11 days. The drains and water lines both leak and have caused sever mold in the walls and floors. I have also told the owners about the mold and they don’t care. The floors are falling through and you have to walk on the studs to get around. I heard the owners are the same people who own the place “crabs outback” in town so beware of these thieves, they are only out to take your money. I cannot wait to move out of this disgusting place, I cannot believe it is legal for them to rent these trailers to people when they are uninhabitable with no water, black mold, and no source of heat/air. And the water heaters are also placed illegally in some of the trailers from what the neighbors told me. I have reached out to proper authorities to hopefully put an end to this illegal situation.

This place is absolute trash. The landlords are unprofessional and make false statements. They do not uphold their duty to fix maintenance issues. During the water, my pipes were frozen for 3 weeks causing my wife and kids to leave the house and stay with her family. They accused me of the pipes being frozen because of lack of heat in the house. I had heat and other people's pipes were frozen as well. It is a shared well. Do not move here!

What a dump. Visited someone there and their place was nice but overall the place was a dump. Trash and broke down things everywhere. Looked more like a junkyard for mobile homes then a place where people live. Definitely needs cleaned up
