The community has a long history in the area and has undergone various phases of management and development. As an "inclusionary" project, it plays a specific role in the Stafford Township Affordable Housing Program, making it a key destination for those looking for quality housing that fits within a budget. While the community is largely composed of long-term residents who own their homes, the management oversees the common grounds and infrastructure, ensuring that the essential standards of a residential mobile home park are met. For local New Jerseyans, the appeal lies in the ability to maintain a detached home lifestyle without the high overhead typically associated with coastal real estate.
Location and accessibility are among the primary advantages for those living at Pine Crest Village. I recommend anyone who wants to move here and deal with kristina the manager to look the other way and walk away. She is rude, strict , and will treat you with contempt and malice. She claims to follow the covid rules about the mask yet when i met her the first time, she wore no mask outside or inside the mobile home i was interested in. The second time i met up with her, we stood in mobile home. She demanded I put on a mask which i forgot in my car. I was turning the knobs to the stove and in a harsh direct anger driven voice stated. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING. DO NOT DO ANOTHER THING. GO OUTSIDE AND GET YOUR MASK. RULES ARE RULES. then she began to turn on stove with her own hands. My sister needed to use bathroom. she would not let her use it in her office or in trailer. she said you will need to go down the road. also, she was half hour late so my sister went to look for her. when she found her and her husband. He stated" she will get to you when she gets to you.. These are the managers of the park. I warn you that the character they presented will determine how they will treat you. Also, she was suppose to get back to me about my motorcycle being stored in the shed bc she stated only two cars per home. She never got back to me. So you be the judge of your decision to enter into this park...
Illegally took possession of my father in laws house after he passed away. Claimed they went to court but refuse to show any paperwork. Never received a bill or a phone call. Lady in the office was rude and nasty since the first day we told her that my father in law passed.
Nice community, very up kept by everyone, and very watchful of everything. I could throw a rock and hit a store, well not literally but your that close to walmart, shoprite, home depot, restaurants, dr's, and even to get on the parkway.
Visited someone here. What started out as a clean, inexpensive, safe, tidy community is slipping. What a shame.
Cute place convention for local shopping not far great
