I recently went to purchase a house, straight up, no payments. Indian run village denied my request to purchase the property due to little credit history. they gave no more specifics. 1/10 don’t recommend
Maintenance never done on property, unable to drink the water most of the time. Multiple calls and never resolved until there is a serious problem!!!
