I've been exploring mobile home communities in the area, and this one really stands out. The grounds are clean, well-kept, and clearly maintained with care. The actual community is lovely, but the HOA fees are astronomical, especially compared to other Manufactured Home Communities in the area. The fees are over $600 and it includes very little - only kerosene and propane. There is no pool, no tennis courts, and no landscaping is offered.I would recommend another community that charges an HOA that is more suited and appropriate for the people living there. $600 is more than what we were paying on our mortgage, so having to pay the HOA on top of it made makes ends very difficult.Again, the actual community is lovely but overall not even remotely worth it due to the HOA.

I live in the park. Inexpensive lot fee. The only thing I don't like is the cost of kerosene for heating. They pipe it into every mobile home, so they set the rate per gallon and mobile homes are not well insulated so the heating cost for the winter can be high. Thinking about electric heat and solar panels with a storage battery system.

Stopped by with a friend who asked me to accompany him to check out two homes. He was interested in them but the website was not up to date and there were contingencies already on the trailer homes Office isn't taking walk-ins because of the covid fears. Neighborhood seems quiet but our visit was in early February. So it was cold and i would expect anyone to be outside.
