The neighbors were completely unbearable for no apparent reason. They continually harassed it when I was minding my business and gardening for my friend who lives there . Do not recommend. Management is even worse
Beware! Don't buy or rent here! I am renting and one month later the single wide unit extremely close to mine rented to 8 adults and 2 children. They split the porch in half to make 2 bedrooms. The office is doing nothing. Wouldnt be surprised if payoffs are taking place. The grass grew waste high for over a month, Victoria never sent a letter and the mice and rats are in my unit! They put a box outside the skirt full of holes. I'm moving out!
Living here two and a half years with my wife, nice and quiet but they need more maintenance workers. I personally never had issues with the office but I heard other's had issues.Were glad we moved here just wish the rent was lower for people living here on a single income
My rent for the land..garbage..matainance taxes and water is 1165.00there is no maintenance of any area except the roads there is some plowing of the streets last year when there wasn'ts small amounts of snow the maintenance man went up and down the hill with a fertilizer spreader and ice meltThere is only matainance of roads...home owners are required to maintain their own property but some people are too elderly to even pick up a broom.. residents are charged $50 an hour if it's necessary for the maintenance men to do any kind of Maintenance inside or outside the houses there is little or no concern by the managers of the community a for the people in the community.there are no extracurricular activities.The only matainance I've seen living here for 4yrs is the maintenance man blowing the leaves and the pine needles into the ponds they are not picked up and taken away they are blown into the pondsDue to problems or the people that are hired.. the water in this community has been shut off many times with no explanation, it .usually happens....when a new unit has been put up .Whenever there's an announcement or a warning.. of no water or a problem in the community it is sent at or after 5:00 when the office isclosed so you have no recourse until the next day for explanations.explanationsMost of the residents are very nice people.
Very sad ppl on fixed Income or any income IN NY have to pay such High amount to renT land to Live on .while trying to get by in NY .we get ripped off daily here .what happeD to Land Of Free..we are not singing land of the Free in Longg time for damn gooD reason .We havenT beeN really .choked out!!!
