Nicely kept mobile home park. Quiet, friendly residents and close community.Lot fees include sewer, trash, road maintenance at approx. $630/month
Its ok. Expensive for little in return. Added sewage charges even though our leases said it was included.
Rent is way to high for the little that they do. During the fall they only pick up the leaves once a week and when it snows forget about it. They should just not plow at all because they do a terrible job. Now they put a new manager in place and all she does is harass and complain about everything!!!! She will not work with you, so if you are not a millionaire don't move in because if you don't do her every letter she will threaten you with eviction. This is not the same community it was when I moved in 26 years ago.
This is not for RVs. This is a place for permanent mobile homes (houses).
Desent place to live. But some key take aways are....The property you rent is yours they wont clean or take care of it thats on you (espically trees) management does nothing but take your money really because the park is owned by a Million dollar coorperation. And they raise the rent $20 every year in january. But ive been here almost 7 years and i do what i want and keep to myself and dont make too much noise.
