Six O Five Trailer Park Introduce
Six O Five Trailer Park, also known locally as Six-O-Five Village, is a long-standing residential and recreational community located in the charming town of Mineral, Virginia. Situated in the heart of Louisa County, this park offers a unique living environment that residents often describe as a blend of country serenity and suburban convenience. In a region where the landscape is defined by rolling hills and dense forests, Six O Five Trailer Park provides an essential housing and stopping point for those who appreciate a slower pace of life while remaining connected to the major hubs of Central Virginia.
The park has recently seen transitions in management and ownership, bringing a renewed focus to the community's potential. Historically, the location has served as one of the more affordable housing options in the Mineral area, catering to long-term residents and seasonal visitors alike. For people in Virginia looking for a place to park their RV or find a manufactured home lot, the community offers a quiet atmosphere where the sound of the wind through the trees is more common than the hum of city traffic. It is a place that many call home because of its deep roots in the local community and its proximity to some of the state's most popular outdoor recreation areas.
Location and accessibility are two of the strongest attributes of Six O Five Trailer Park. Found on Mineral Avenue in Mineral, VA 23117, the park is strategically positioned within the "Golden Crescent" of Virginia. It is located approximately 35 to 45 minutes from three major Virginia cities: Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Charlottesville. This makes it an ideal spot for commuters who work in these urban centers but prefer the quiet, rural lifestyle that Louisa County affords. The park is easily accessible via state routes that wind through the beautiful Virginia countryside, offering a straightforward path for those towing RVs or moving manufactured units.
For those interested in local recreation, the park is just a short drive from Lake Anna, one of Virginia's largest and most popular freshwater lakes. This proximity allows residents and guests to enjoy world-class fishing, boating, and swimming while maintaining a home base that is slightly removed from the busier tourist-heavy waterfront. Additionally, the town of Mineral itself offers local markets, community parks, and historical sites, ensuring that essential services and local culture are always within reach. The physical layout of the park is designed to accommodate the standard sizes of modern mobile homes and RVs, with clear access points from the main road.
Six O Five Trailer Park provides a variety of services aimed at supporting a stable and functional residential environment. The management works to ensure that the basic needs of the community are met through a structured service model. These services include:

Nice quiet community l. Feel like country and suburbs blended some how.
If there were no stars is where I would rate. Im not sure with the new owners coming in. But its terribly sad when people have to live there because they don't have the resources to afford better. I have personally lived there and saved and saved and was finally able to get away. Definitely a place where you lock your doors at all times and if your allowed a gun for protection I would have one. There used to be 3 parks placed there for the children of the community but after some teenagers and adults destroyed the playgrounds used them to peddle drugs and the parents got scared and wouldn't let there children go to the playground. I pray the NEW owners help the community fix and bring things up to code so it won't have such a terrible name attached to it.
They shut the water off all the time. It unsanitary and the health department should be doing something about it. Like a BIG fine for the Owners. There aren’t many places to live here. The residents are stuck living with no water and a road that ruins your car.
It needs to be cleaned. Nabiors arnt always the best. Lots of cats and dogs strays or on leash. But I visit my dad every other weekend and if you live there long enough it's not bad. You make friends. And some people are very nice.
Buyer or renter be ware lots way to small lease way to high better keep all reciepts for rental agreement owner will unlawfully enter your home and throw your belongings away no matter if its an estate from loved ones thats passed away, deployment ,or loved ones belongings and try to take your home or estate dealing with stating you abounded it please be cautious about this community and make sure this is what you really want to deal with what ever you do don't stay away long
