We think this is a nice park with friendly residents & attempted to buy a mobile home and it fell through, because an oil tank needed to be converted over to propane..per park requirements. No one bothered to tell us during the 2 months we were going through mortgage / park approval. This oversight cost us application park fees, ($35 per person), appraisal fee $375, and I took a penalty of $1600 on my IRA because I used IRA funds for my deposit on the home. Seller said they were not aware since they were POA for property and park said they advised owners years prior. It wasn't until day of closing seller (poa) backed out & decided they would wait to convert to propane and would refund my $3500 deposit. To start the process all over again is a grueling thought and my daughter was homeless at the time so we were desperate...this whole experience brought me to tears

I have relatives who live there. Serious septice issues in this park. Several class action suits against the owners. Yards overfflow from septic systems. Unhealthy and unsafe. Do not recommend this park for anyone.

I was at Sunny Waters Mobile Park to drop-off some items for my sister-in-law in her newly purchased mobile home. Other home owners seemed nice and waved. I will update when I go back for a visit
