My last landlords in a mobile home park we're up my behind about absolutely everything, which is nothing like here which I appreciate. Cook properties is not on site which means that you have a better chance at living here like you would in a house instead of feeling your landlord is an HOA. They hold Christmas contests and give you a month off lot rent for the best outside Christmas decorations which means that the park is nice and festive in the winter.If you do not like cats, please do not bother moving here.

Horrible property!!!!!Neverending disgusting problem with feral cats. Plenty of empty should be condemned trailers and yet they squeeze new trailers in between them. Greedy owner, workers are rude and disrespectful, getting ahold of anyone takes days. Do not buy or rent !!!!!!!!!!
