What is worth choosing about Walnut Meadows is the specific combination of social value and financial accessibility. For many local Pennsylvanians, the voluntary Community Association is a major draw; with dues as low as $15 per year, residents gain access to a wealth of social functions and the ability to have a voice in community elections. It is worth choosing for the sense of security and the "small-town" feel it provides within the larger Harleysville area. While some residents note the yearly adjustments in association fees common to the region, most agree that the quality of life, the friendly atmosphere, and the well-maintained amenities like the pool and clubhouse make it a top-tier choice for senior living.

Furthermore, the location allows for the best of both worlds: a quiet, suburban retreat that is nonetheless a short drive from the cultural attractions of the Lehigh Valley, the Poconos, and even the Jersey Shore for day trips. Choosing Walnut Meadows means choosing a lifestyle where your home is your sanctuary, and your neighbors are your support system. It is a place designed for individuals who want to enjoy their pre-retirement and retirement years in an environment that is as active or as peaceful as they choose it to be.

This community is nice people living here are fantastic. But the HOA is way to high and they dont do anything realy for you. Every year it goes up $50.00. And all you get is a piece of ground a pool and club house. And oh yes they now only pay sewer.
