I just moved in. But, so far my experience with the entire staff has been great. The park looks very clean and well kept. I’m hoping for a great ownership experience.
Leaves a little to be desired. Some lots are left in disarray with garbage. Some dogs running free and not on leashes. But you see other homes where you know they take pride in their lot and home.
The park seems to be falling into decline, garbage containers overflowing in the medial strips. On porches outside of bags.
I live here now an its mostly very quiet . Neighbors are nice an all the kids play well together. No problems here
I lived their 6 months the water is contaminated and I could not contact owners of trailer court. It's a slum lord court and smells like sewer..
