The manager Tyler is a great property manager. Community is really clean too. Great person to deal with. Lot rent is on steeper side.
Good place to live. Have been there a year with no issues. The only issue I have is that the lot rent is extremely high compared to other parks in the area. The lot rent is over 800.00 compared to average of 500.00 at other parks, some of them being much nicer. Birch Meadows is an older park and doesn't offer much with the lot rent being that high. Otherwise the park is alright. Quiet and no problems with the neighbors. Management is very easy to contact and deal with.
Repairs are never done and if they do come to fix anything it is done so poorly until you wind up doing it yourself. Rent to high for what your getting. Our two doors barely close locks are broken and it's been months and they still have it repaired properly.The repairs have still not been done and we're Talkin 2 years later your office manager has blocked me from their email I even spoke with them on the phone they claimed they were going to send me an email just to confirm and they have still failed to do so when both doors do not work properly and the only thing you do is come and lift the side of the house not actually repair and fix the door jamb that's ridiculous everything looks like it's Mickey Mouse and blue together it is not fixed properly therefore it is still not a repair you overcharge for your lot rent and the only time I can get ahold of someone is when you're looking for money it's ridiculous that you have to go through the answering service every single time you call you have shady and unethical business practices you hide behind your corporation and your attorney to make it look like you're well within your rights you are not morally right and you are not ethical
