Hands down the best park and park manager in the area! I have spoken to many park managers in the area and Jaime is by far the most knowledgeable and transparent! Lot rents are reasonable too!

I thought that this would be a nice, quiet place. Reasonable price and a safe environment. I will be there 2 years in July, and my rent has gone up $ 100 dollars. So in 2 more years, I'll be paying $ 1000 dollars a month for ground rent. There have been 2 shootings. Save your money and go to a better park. If you're going to pay that kind of money, they should at least have a community center, playground, or pool. This place has nothing.

We have been living in the community for almost a year and we really enjoy it. We only had one incident when we first moved in however it can happen anywhere. You definitely have a sense of community living here. Jaime at the management office is very responsive anytime of the day including weekends.

This is a clean and quiet community I’ve lived around here for 6 years. Any time I have an issue Jaime in the rental office handles it efficiently. There’s many things to do around the area including beaches , restaurants , and bengies drive inn theater. Highly recommend

We love where we live! Due to health conditions, we realized we needed to live somewhere with one floor. We found Biscayne Bay through friends that live here. It is quiet most of the time, and the area is kept clean. Our neighbors are wonderful, and there is a sense of community.
