If I could give them a -3 I would. I have lived here for over 3 years, we had put in that we are moving and selling our trailer. A month after they send us an "eviction" notice because we had a moving trailer there over night. I understand you can't park them there however it was to move our stuff. They harasse and batter residents because they have nothing better to do but let others slide by. As well as the sky high lot rent that goes to nothing in the park. Very disappointed and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

I just recently moved from Williams Estates after 17 years. The only reason I moved was because we relocated to WV or I would still be there. I loved my mobile and my yard. I had wonderful neighbors. I have always felt safe in my home. I have always been able to get small problems or concerns resolved through the ladies in the office quickly. They are like family to me and I plan to stay in touch. The park does many nice things for it's residents. Parties for the holidays, raffles, breakfasts and a free dumpster day are just few. Our streets get plowed when it snows. We have a really nice community center available to rent for a super low cost. It's got a kitchen and tables and chairs are provided. The park maintenance man, Bama has fixed anything that has ever gone wrong and is just an all around great guy. Lot rent is cheaper than any apartment you can find. I will miss my old community and have nothing but fond memories with a lot of smiles 😊❤️

The dumbest people run the office. They approved water to be shut off ALL DAY, the day before a holiday.
