I think after it's done it will be better. But something should be done about the rain water gushing in people's yards and washing the grass away. Like maybe storm drains!

The people and the park is fine. The park manager is great. You do not want to live here. GSP management and ABC property management are terrible. We have not been here a year and we had a rent increase. They took away the only thing they gave you free. We now have to pay for our garbage. We were also told we would have a 20 by 20 parking pad. We have papers with that on. The township approved a 20 by 20. Now the management has changed that to save money. Do not look to buy here. Look elsewhere.

I didn't go there. I was just wondering how far away from my house.

I've lived here for about 6 years. The majority of neighbors are very nice and don't cause any problems for anyone within our tiny community. Due to health issues the original owner had to sell the park and laundromat. We were very sad to see him go and so were the regulars at the laundromat. He was very personal and friendly and was attentive to the people who live here. You would never hear him say that something pertaining to the park or the people living here that its not his problem. The new park manager is not nice to anyone. I don't know why he was put in the position, but he shouldn't be. But we at the park don't let the small stuff bring us down because we all enjoy living here and I know you would to. I gladly give 5 stars because of the community members who live here and the way we happily welcome anyone who wishes to become part of it. There are a couple empty lots ready for hookup. There might be a couple brand new homes available as well. The lot rent is reasonable.Trash pick up right out front your home. Snow removal is included. So if your looking for a quiet and peaceful place to call home this would be it.

Nice little trailer park. My grandmother owns her home there.
