Bosko Mobile Home Park is a long-standing residential community located in the town of Jamestown, New York. Serving the Chautauqua County region for over two decades, this park is primarily known for providing affordable housing alternatives to traditional site-built homes. In a time where the cost of living and property ownership continues to rise across New York State, communities like Bosko offer a entry point for individuals and families looking to maintain a private residence within a structured park setting. The community consists of various manufactured home sites, accommodating both long-term residents and those seeking a budget-conscious transition into the local housing market.

As a established part of the Jamestown residential landscape, the park offers a straightforward living experience. The driveway is so bad your car fill fall apart. Tenants have said the landlord doesn't fix anything he's a slum lord. The only time he comes around is to collect the rent. He has a guy that lives there manage the property and do the mowing, but the hit harasses everybody,or calls the cops on people for stupid things all the time.
