City View Mobile Home Park Introduce

City View Mobile Home Park stands as a prominent residential community located in the heart of Lewistown, Pennsylvania. For local residents seeking a blend of affordable housing and the traditional neighborhood feel of Central Pennsylvania, this park provides a unique living environment. Functioning not only as a mobile home park but also as a community with a homeowners' association and an on-site mobile home dealer, City View offers a comprehensive approach to manufactured living. This multifaceted structure makes it a go-to destination for those looking to purchase a new home and secure a permanent site within the same location.

The community is designed to cater to a variety of lifestyles, from young professionals looking to build equity in their first home to retirees seeking a manageable and quiet space. The atmosphere at City View is characterized by its hilly terrain and elevated position, which, true to its name, offers scenic views of the surrounding Lewistown landscape and the rolling ridges of Mifflin County. The park is known for integrating newer manufactured home models with established sites, creating a visual blend of modern convenience and long-term residential stability. As a local business, it serves as a critical component of the Lewistown housing market, emphasizing a community-oriented lifestyle.

Location is a significant advantage for residents of City View Mobile Home Park. Situated at 20 Grandview Drive, Lewistown, PA 17044, the park is conveniently located just off the main thoroughfares that connect Mifflin County to the rest of the state. Its position allows for quick access to Route 22 and Route 522, making it an ideal spot for commuters who work in downtown Lewistown or the nearby State College and Harrisburg areas. The community is tucked away on a hillside, providing a sense of seclusion while remaining only minutes away from local shopping centers, medical facilities like the Geisinger Lewistown Hospital, and public schools.

Accessibility within the park itself has been prioritized to accommodate all residents and visitors. The community features a wheelchair-accessible parking lot at the main office and sales center, ensuring that those with mobility challenges can easily visit the site to discuss housing options or meet with management. The roads within the park are paved and wide enough to allow for the transport of large manufactured units, which is essential given the park's role as a mobile home dealer. The layout of Grandview Drive and its connecting lanes is designed to manage local traffic efficiently, maintaining a quiet environment for the homes situated further back into the property.

  • Mobile home sales and dealership services, offering a variety of new and pre-owned manufactured home models.

  • Assistance with the siting and installation process for new homes purchased through their dealership.
  • Large residential lots that provide ample yard space for gardening, outdoor seating, or children's play areas.
  • A selection of newer manufactured homes featuring modern floor plans, energy-efficient appliances, and contemporary finishes.

For those interested in viewing available lots or touring new manufactured home models, City View Mobile Home Park is located at 20 Grandview Drive, Lewistown, PA 17044, USA. The management team is available to answer questions regarding current lot availability, home pricing, and community guidelines. You can reach the main office by calling (717) 242-0211. For those who prefer mobile communication, the park can also be reached at +1 717-242-0211. It is recommended that prospective residents call ahead to schedule an appointment with the sales department, especially if they are interested in viewing specific home interiors.

When considering manufactured housing in the Lewistown area, City View Mobile Home Park is worth choosing for several reasons, particularly for those who prioritize space and modernity. One of the standout features often noted by local observers is the size of the lots. Compared to higher-density parks in the region, City View offers larger plots of land, giving homeowners a greater sense of privacy and the ability to maintain their own outdoor space. This is a significant draw for Pennsylvania families who enjoy spending time outdoors or hosting small gatherings at home.

Additionally, the park's dual role as a mobile home dealer makes the transition into the community much smoother. Instead of coordinating between a third-party seller and a park manager, residents can handle the entire process—from selecting their home to choosing their lot—through a single office. This streamlined approach is ideal for those who want to ensure their new home is perfectly suited for the specific terrain and utility hookups of the Lewistown area. The presence of newer homes in the community also helps maintain property values and contributes to a clean, well-kept aesthetic throughout the neighborhood.

Finally, for those who appreciate the natural beauty of the Keystone State, the location cannot be beaten. Living at an elevated address like Grandview Drive allows residents to enjoy the changing seasons of Pennsylvania from a vantage point that overlooks the town. Whether you are looking for a permanent residence that offers more space than a standard apartment or a modern, manageable home close to the heart of Mifflin County, City View Mobile Home Park provides a balanced and scenic option for local living.
