Costa Mobile Home Park Introduce

For many residents of Bergen County, finding a housing solution that balances affordability with a central location is a significant challenge. Costa Mobile Home Park, situated in the bustling borough of Lodi, New Jersey, presents a unique alternative to traditional high-density apartment living. As a long-standing manufactured housing community, it provides a space for individuals and families to maintain their own independent residences while benefiting from a shared land-lease model. In the competitive North Jersey real estate market, communities like this offer a vital entry point for those seeking to call one of the state's most active regions home.

The atmosphere at Costa Mobile Home Park is that of a compact, established neighborhood. Life here is defined by its proximity to the heart of Lodi, a town known for its rich ethnic diversity and community-centric spirit. While the park is an older establishment, it serves as a functional hub for long-term residents who value the ability to own their own structure on a rented lot. For local users looking to downsize or seeking a more cost-effective lifestyle than what is typically found in Bergen County's luxury developments, Costa Mobile Home Park represents a practical choice that keeps them close to family, work, and the legendary local culture of the area.

Location and accessibility are among the strongest features of Costa Mobile Home Park. Located at 120 Bergen Blvd, Lodi, NJ 07644, the park is positioned perfectly for commuters and those who rely on local transit. Lodi is famously situated near several of New Jersey’s most important thoroughfares. Residents have immediate access to Route 46 and are just minutes away from Route 17, the Garden State Parkway, and Interstate 80. This makes trips to Paramus, Hackensack, or even across the George Washington Bridge into Manhattan remarkably straightforward. For local Bergen County residents, being at the intersection of these major arteries is a massive logistical advantage.

Furthermore, the park is designed with modern accessibility standards in mind to accommodate all members of the community. It features a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, ensuring that residents with mobility challenges can navigate the primary access points of the community with ease. The surrounding neighborhood of Lodi offers a high degree of walkability, with various local bakeries, markets, and restaurants within a short distance. This urban-adjacent setting means that while you live in a quiet community, the convenience of city-like amenities is never more than a few blocks away.

  • Dedicated lot spaces for manufactured homes with standard utility connections for electricity and water.
  • Wheelchair-accessible entrance designed to facilitate easy entry for all residents and visitors.
  • Wheelchair-accessible parking lot providing safe and convenient parking options for those with mobility needs.
  • On-site management to oversee the general administration and land-lease agreements for the property.
  • Internal paved roadways equipped with speed bumps to ensure pedestrian safety and controlled traffic flow.
  • Proximity to Lodi’s municipal services, including the local library, police department, and community parks.

The features and highlights of Costa Mobile Home Park center on its identity as an affordable pocket in a premium county. One of the standout highlights for many residents is the community’s longevity; this is a place where neighbors often know one another by name, fostering a sense of familiarity that is sometimes missing in newer, larger complexes. Additionally, the park’s layout is designed for maximum efficiency, providing just enough space for individual expression through small gardens or home customizations. Being a pet-friendly town, Lodi also offers nearby green spaces like Memorial Park for residents to enjoy outdoor time.

  • Strategic Bergen County location offering some of the most affordable housing rates in the immediate New York City metropolitan area.
  • Exceptional transit connectivity, allowing residents to reach major shopping malls in Paramus and work centers in Newark or Manhattan quickly.
  • Inclusive design features including accessible pathways and parking to support a diverse resident population.
  • A stable environment suited for long-term residency, with many tenants having lived in the community for several years.
  • Close proximity to high-rated local schools and unique educational opportunities within the Lodi school district.
  • Safety-conscious road features, such as speed bumps, to maintain a child-friendly speed limit throughout the park grounds.

The homes are so old and the park isn't kept up. I was told the lot rent is very high. Music blasting from cars. The only good thing was the speed bumps other wise people would get run down by the looks and sound of the people living there.

Steve the owner is so rude and disrespectful. You just became a new management doesn’t mean anything! With no respect! Management isn't good here. Other people here have disobey the rules here he don't say anything and that’s not fair. Saying no permission and all. It’s not right. I never seen anything that disrespectful talking to a tenant.

Only the trailers you first see look nice and are large. The further back you go the smaller and worst they look. Much garbage all around the trailers and the trailers are falling apart. No place to park if you were visiting. Majority of the trailers are very very close to each other.
