I wouldn't even bother applying to this place. The 3rd party company they use that according to the property manager only handles background checks and shouldn't have had any of our other information emailed us with financial and credit information. They don't say anything about a required credit score in the application but will deny you for low credit. And back to the 3rd party they use had me as unemployed even though I provided current pay stubs and they had the income wrong. BE CAREFUL....I'm not sure about the legality of all of this but I'm definitely going to find out!!!

These people that own the trailer court and the manager are like Nazi's DON'T LIVE THERE I REPEAT DON'T LIVE THERE. They have the highest lot rent and the highest rent for a trailer they are dishonest and they don't go by the lease agreement. I know from experience and they would take me to court and lose because they violated the lease agreement because they rule that place like Nazi's.

When I stop by to see friends its always calm here. They did some upkeep to the road through and it seems like a pleasant little neighborhood. I dont live here but if I did I wouldn't be upset.
