What is Worth Choosing

When evaluating the housing market in Duncansville and the surrounding Blair County area, Greendown Acres Manufactured Home Community is worth choosing for its exceptional value proposition. In an era where utility costs and hidden fees can fluctuate wildly, the community’s approach to inclusive lot rent is a significant advantage. By including services like water, sewer, trash, and sometimes even cable or internet in the monthly fee, Greendown Acres allows residents to maintain a much more stable and manageable monthly budget. This transparency is particularly beneficial for those on fixed incomes or first-time buyers looking to avoid the "sticker shock" of traditional utility bills.

Beyond the financial benefits, the community's commitment to "tidy living" makes it a standout choice. For many Pennsylvanians, your home is your sanctuary, and the management's expectation that all residents keep their properties well-maintained ensures that the entire community retains its value and aesthetic appeal. This shared commitment to cleanliness creates a visual environment that is far superior to many other high-density residential options. Furthermore, the peace of mind that comes from living in the Hollidaysburg Area School District cannot be overstated for families. Choosing Greendown Acres means securing a high-quality education for your children while living in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Bought a home here a year ago and so far, I would say it's a very nice place to live. Manager is very polite and responds quickly. Community is quiet, clean and neighbors are very nice. They expect tenants to keep things tidy, but what homeowner wouldn't want to live somewhere tidy?

Was going to get a place here but they judge dogs based on breed so nope! Not giving up my 9yr old siberian husky or my daughter's 6yr old one to buy a place and have it there and be told I can't have them. The woman labeled them as aggressive breeds but pretty much said small breeds are okay look Karen a tiny breed dog can be worse then any medium to large breed don't base on your own person fear. I do not recommend this place if you want to keep your fur baby or have a large breed fur baby. If you own the place then they should keep their fear based opinion to themselves especially on a breed they know nothing about and a dog they never met. Taking my money else where . Trailers and homes can be purchased anywhere

Was once a great place all around but new owners don't seem to care. Took out light posts in all yards and didn't replace them, very low water pressure after new water lines were put in place, so its now worse. Lot rent is the most expensive in Blair County. If you decide to put up holiday decorations, you get harrased to take them down immediately after holiday. Land lord is really harassing ,puts letters on doors before rent is due.
