Very clean and friendly place. We have good neighbors. Very quiet.
I've been living here since my husband died in 2005. The original owners were excellent landlords! The new owner is arrogant, unprofessional and a woman hater and bully. Run and don't look back! And if you do move in, be prepared for zero respect and no response to numerous phone calls! I warned you!
He was very rude and unprofessional when I was talking to him on the phone. He kept changing the park rules and regulations to his benefit not what was listed in the lease agreement. Please be careful when going to purchase a home in “his” park as he kept informing me on the phone.
The park is clean and look nice but the owner is really unprofessional It’s not work buy a home in these park (Stop and think two time before own a mobile home in this park)
