My father lived here for about 12 years. It was very nice when I was growing up, but soon after my father died a lawyer purchased the mobile home park and it went down hill fast. They charge an outrageous price for lot rent and do absolutely nothing! I would have given 1 star for this rating but it was nice at one time. ALSO!, they had a key to his trailer and I had no idea until a couple of guys just walked in like they owned the place! Unbelievable!!!

We wanted to buy a home in Arlington Acres, we had mortgage, insurance, down payment all in order and then ran into a road block by the owner of the park, we have a great payment history and make over 3,000.00 an month but the only thing that mattered to the owner was that our credit was not 650 or better. We found out that we were the third party the owner turned down to own that particular home and it looks like the owner is blocking people from owning homes in his park.
