Choosing this park means positioning yourself in a community that is deeply connected to the maritime heritage and agricultural roots of Cape Charles. Prospective residents should approach their housing search with a focus on due diligence. In any manufactured housing community, it is highly recommended to conduct a thorough walkthrough of any specific unit before signing a lease. This includes checking the functionality of interior fixtures, such as bathroom ventilation fans, and inspecting the flooring and electrical systems to ensure they meet personal standards and safety expectations. Taking photographs of the unit upon move-in is a standard best practice for any renter in Virginia to document the condition of the property. For those who are handy or looking to invest in their own mobile home, the lots at Fairview offer a canvas to establish a home base in one of the most unique geographic areas of the United States. By staying informed and active in the maintenance of their living space, residents can enjoy the unparalleled beauty and community spirit of the Cape Charles area.

Customer Reviews
If I could leave negative stars I would. Beware, Landlord's word means nothing and always has excuses as to why it takes so long to make repairs. Was told by landlord upon moving in that bathroom fans would be repaired. Five months in and still no working fans. Contaminated well water, black mold nondisclosure, rotten floors covered with new vinyl flooring, exposed electric wiring. The list could go on.If you do rent from this slumlord take pictures with time & date stamp and watermark of the condition when you move in
This is the worst Hardees I have ever been to. The tables are nasty, the restrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, and no personalities with the workers.
The road is rough an the land Lord is hard to get along with
Great place to live . Highly recommend
