Forest Manor Mobile Home Park Introduce

Forest Manor Mobile Home Park is a well-established residential community located in the scenic town of Chenango Forks, New York. Primarily catering to adults aged 55 and older, this "Active Adult" community offers a tranquil and affordable living option in the heart of Broome County. For New York residents looking to simplify their lifestyle during retirement, Forest Manor provides a unique blend of suburban comfort and natural beauty. The park is nestled in a region characterized by rolling hills and lush woodlands, providing a quiet atmosphere that is "slightly off the beaten path" while remaining accessible to the essential amenities of the Greater Binghamton area.

The community is designed for low-maintenance living, featuring a variety of single-wide and double-wide manufactured homes. Many of the properties within the park boast modern updates, such as energy-efficient appliances, newer flooring, and private outdoor spaces like decks and screened-in porches.
