Four Seasons Campground Introduce
Four Seasons Campground serves as a quintessential family retreat nestled in the scenic landscapes of Scotrun, Pennsylvania. Located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, this campground is designed to provide a "home away from home" atmosphere for both weekend travelers and long-term seasonal residents. Known for its towering trees and the gentle sound of the nearby creek, the facility offers a balanced blend of traditional outdoor living and modern convenience. Whether you are looking to relax under a canopy of oak and pine or engage in a high-energy weekend of organized events, Four Seasons provides a structured environment that caters to a diverse community of campers.
For decades, this location has been a staple for Pennsylvania residents seeking a reliable escape from the city. The campground is well-regarded for its cleanliness and its commitment to fostering a neighborly culture. While it has evolved to support modern RVing needs, it retains the classic charm of a wooded Poconos getaway. The staff focuses on creating a "classy" environment with clear rules that ensure all guests can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. From the morning dew on the grass to the starlit nights around a campfire, Four Seasons Campground invites visitors to slow down and appreciate the natural beauty of Monroe County.
Location and accessibility are among the campground's greatest strengths. Situated at 249 Babbling Brook Road in Scotrun, it is exceptionally easy to reach via Interstate 80, making it a convenient destination for travelers from the Lehigh Valley, Scranton, and the Philadelphia suburbs. Its strategic position places guests just minutes away from the region’s most popular attractions. Residents are within a five-mile radius of Camelback Mountain Resort, Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark, and the Crossings Premium Outlets. Furthermore, the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark and Mount Airy Casino Resort are only a short drive away, providing endless entertainment options regardless of the weather. The facility features a secure gate system and on-site parking, providing peace of mind and easy transit for those with large rigs or multiple vehicles.
The services offered at Four Seasons Campground are comprehensive, designed to handle the logistical needs of modern camping so guests can focus on recreation. The facility prides itself on being a full-service park with amenities that support both short-term and extended stays. These services include:

For those interested in booking a site or learning more about seasonal rates, the campground office is the primary point of contact. The physical address is 249 Babbling Brook Rd, Scotrun, PA 18355, USA. You can reach the management by phone at (570) 629-2504. The park typically operates on a seasonal schedule, opening in late April and welcoming guests through the Columbus Day weekend in October. Given its popularity and high number of returning seasonal residents, it is recommended to make reservations well in advance, particularly for holiday weekends which often require a minimum three-night stay.
What is worth choosing about Four Seasons Campground is its rare ability to act as a quiet sanctuary while remaining at the epicenter of Poconos action. Unlike more remote "primitive" camps, Four Seasons offers the reliability of high-quality utilities and a dedicated staff that ensures a clean, safe environment. It is an ideal choice for families who want the security of a gated community and the fun of planned activities like "Heroes vs. Villains" weekends or the annual Fourth of July fireworks. For RV owners, the availability of pull-thru sites and full sewer hookups makes the technical side of camping stress-free. Choosing Four Seasons means choosing a legacy of Pennsylvania hospitality where new traditions are born and old friendships are renewed every summer under the shade of towering mountain trees.

A gem of a campground. It appears to be a regular vacation spot for a lot of guests who park their equipment there full-time but the rules keep it classy. Weather was perfect in July and we didn't not have mosquitoes. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. The only minor complaint I have is that the sewer pipe at site 69 stuck out of the ground too far and leaned in a bit and the pipe didn't have threads to hold 90° connector. I struggled to dump my gray tank without spillage so I didn't even attempt to dump my black tank. Definitely would stay again if in the area.
If you are looking for a camping place where you feel like you are camping this is NOT the place for you . The spots are so tight , you feel like you are on top of each other . The staff is thirsty for money , be ready to pay not just for the spot but for each person in your group , they even charged me for my 3 year old ( maybe this is a new thing ) . I would have no problem paying for it if the spots were bigger . Please do yourself a favor and read all the NEGATIVE reviews before coming here . There is absolutely not privacy at all . This is a seasonal camping grounds people live in this place . My family and I felt so uncomfortable the whole time . We have been camping for a decade and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The old karaoke guy was very kind , the campgrounds are very clean besides the women’s bathroom , the pool was very cute too . There were old people who live there that are very kind as well .
Super cozy and clean, but.......Found the campgrounds to be very nice. Very well shaded. Facilities are clean. However, I would not recommend this for families with children that like to do outdoor activities. They have very strict rules and it feels more like a retirement campgrounds. The pool closes at 5p on weekdays and 7p on weekends. Very strictly enforced. Also, it is locked all times and you must have two people to get the key (even if you are an adult). If you plan to do day activities away from camp, you will not be able to use the pool. Plus, the pool is not heated. With all the shade, it stays cold. If you are looking for a KOA type experience, it's not going to satisfy. The staff patrols the campground as well on 4 wheelers. Kind of makes you feel like you are under surveillance all the time. One day I had a staff member walking up the side of my camper where our windows are. Our blinds were up to allow light in. I noticed him when I exited the camper and I startled him. Might have been reading the meter or something but didn't feel like that. Other than a couple staff members, the rest were super nice and friendly. It's very quiet, not many people out. Most sites are filled, but still feels like a ghost town.
We stayed here the month of June. Our site #29 backed up to a wall of rocks which was great. The staff was amazing and were like busy worker bees tending to all the chores keeping the grounds neat and facilities clean. Laundry room was functional and clean. Lots of seasonal campers that were polite and nice. Most of the sites were gravel and level. Pool was cleaned daily. Quiet and relaxing! Easy access to highway and shopping.
Just completed our first year as a seasonal. What a great campground. The owners ( Ed & Deb ) were very helpful in helping us to relocate from a campground 100 miles away. I needed someone to pull my camper here and then Marie came along. Marie is a full time employee at the campground and was able to pickup my trailer and relocate it here. What a gal. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our first year at this campground and are looking forward to many more.
