Since the owner hired A Hunter to "run" this place things continue to go down hill, like requesting home owners to power wash their homes in the middle of winter. Their "lease" is for an apartment building not a mobile home community. And the company that are running things here seem to think that they can change the name of the park without doing it the proper or legal way.

Only went here for work. Looks like a trashy trailer park. The day I was there, must have been about 4 cop cars in the park the entire time I was there working. Also sits on a busy road
