Visited a friend at this very peaceful trailer community. Properties are properly manicured and most residents had plenty of holiday lights up making the community light up. Very cute little place. However, as a visitor there really iis nowhere to park and I'm sure it keeps the neighborhood safe and clean but I did park along the grass. Forgive me if I broke some rules but I was just visiting.

Fairly quiet, extreme low crime area. Less than a mile from Mack/Volvo medium and heavy truck assembly plant. Highly rated school system. Less than an hour commute to center city Philadelphia. Hour and half to midtown Manhattan.

Very nice manufactured home community! The yards are all well cared for, there's a nice paved walking path around the perimeter, and the roads are well maintained.
