Green Acres Introduce
Green Acres is a premier mobile home park and retirement community located in the picturesque landscape of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. Known for its abundance of open "green" space, this sprawling community offers a unique blend of suburban tranquility and modern convenience. Unlike many high-density residential developments, Green Acres is characterized by its wide, tree-lined streets and generous lot sizes, which provide residents with a genuine sense of privacy and homeownership. The park is designed to cater to a diverse demographic, serving as a welcoming all-age community while also providing a peaceful environment that many seniors find perfect for their retirement years.
The community has built a reputation over the decades for being well-maintained and resident-focused. Managed by professional on-site staff, the park emphasizes a high standard of living where mature trees are regularly cared for, and common areas are kept pristine for the enjoyment of all. For those living in the Lehigh Valley, Green Acres represents one of the most established and respected manufactured housing communities in the region. It is a place where neighbors become friends, and the sight of families walking together or residents enjoying a summer afternoon by the pool is a common and welcoming occurrence.
Location and accessibility are among the top reasons many Pennsylvanians choose to call Green Acres home. Situated at 8785 Turkey Ridge Road, the community is nestled in the heart of Breinigsville, a part of the vibrant Lehigh County. It offers nearly unrivaled access to major transportation corridors, located just minutes from Route 222, Interstate 78, and Route 309. This makes it an ideal residence for commuters working in nearby Allentown, Bethlehem, or Reading, as well as those employed at the major shipping and warehouse hubs in Fogelsville and Breinigsville.
Accessibility within the park itself is also a key feature. Green Acres provides a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot at its main administrative and amenity hubs, ensuring that all residents can participate in community life. The neighborhood is designed for ease of movement, with level streets that are perfect for morning strolls or walking the dog. Furthermore, the community is located within the highly-regarded Parkland School District, making it a top choice for families who prioritize quality education for their children while seeking an affordable housing alternative in a competitive market.
Green Acres offers an extensive list of services designed to provide a low-maintenance and stress-free lifestyle. The monthly lot rent is structured to include many of the essential services that would otherwise be separate expenses for a traditional homeowner, allowing for easier monthly budgeting. The services offered to residents include:
- Professional on-site management team to assist with resident needs and community oversight.
- Full-service maintenance of community roadways, including prompt snow plowing during the winter months.
- Inclusion of water and sewer services within the monthly lot rent.
- Weekly trash and recycling collection services.
- Access to a spacious community clubhouse for private events and neighborhood gatherings.
- Regular landscape maintenance of common areas and "green" spaces.
- Modern payment options, including acceptance of debit cards and NFC mobile payments at the office.
The features and highlights of Green Acres set it apart from other mobile home parks in the region. The community is packed with recreational amenities that rival many high-end residential developments, ensuring that there is always something to do just steps from your front door. Notable highlights include:
- A large community swimming pool with lounge chairs, serving as the social heart of the park during the summer.
- Well-maintained tennis and basketball courts for residents who enjoy staying active.
- A safe and modern playground area specifically for the children of the community.
- Dedicated RV and boat storage areas (available for an additional fee) to keep resident driveways clear.

Customer Reviews
Have lived in Green Acres for 7 years now and I love it here. Have a lot of wonderful neighbors, & as with anywhere you can live, there are some that are friendlier or more courteous to their neighbors than others, but that happens everywhere. We have lots of green space here at Green Acres. Beautiful mature trees, Easy walking neighborhood. Sure there are trees that need trimmed or removed and Green Acres has removed several when needed during my time here. People are enjoying the pool. People out walking their dogs. Families out walking together & enjoying family time. We even have an ice cream truck that comes around every few days in the summer. I know the lot rent has gone up over the years, but where hasn't it? I just wanted people that are looking into moving here, to know that it's a good place to live. If you show respect to your neighbors, you, most of the time, get back what you give quite often.
Just moved in…and it’s exactly what my wife and I have been looking for in retirement. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Marleny is amazing and has been proactive explaining all rules and regulations. Kudos to her and the office staff. The neighbors have been welcoming.
Rent is increasing at an alarming rate. Seniors can not survive in this park. Things are not being fixed in a reasonable time frame. The pool is not being fixed. It is almost July 2025, still no pool.
Over the years this place turned trashy. The residents that care and like their neighbors and the school district shouldn’t have to pay an increase in rent every year when they can’t fix pool, playground, or potholes.
We have never had a problem living here (resided here for 3 almost 4 years) until this past May when our rented mobile caught on fire because of our neighbors. The community and the owner have not updated my mom at all regarding when the home will be fixed, instead she has to live in a burnt home that reminds her of the frightening event everyday. Mind you she lives all alone and pays 1,900 per month. She deserves to be updated and have her home fixed for how much money she pays and ON TIME EVERY MONTH. This is ridiculous.
