I don't live in this mobile home park. I drove into the park to look for mobile homes for sale this past summer. The owner of the park stopped me. I explained what I was doing. We spoke for about ten minutes. He took my phone number. A mobile home was coming up for sale. He did say he would call me if the people ahead of me didn't purchase this home. The park is in a nice area and I would like to purchase a home in this park.
It is a peaceful community, residents friendly. The mobile home community, UMH Properties, is just next door. UMH is also a peaceful, quiet community. Close to stores, restaurants, and gas stations.
