Customer Reviews
I stayed here for the summer 2025 season. Everyone here was extremely friendly. The staff. The people I met. There are activities every weekend like bingo DJ and kids events. Dinners etc. pretty quiet campground. Really everyone is so nice here. No matter how early I wake up on weekends to walk the dog 6 or 7 am the bathrooms were always sparkling clean. All the time. Pool is nice and store has just about everything you need. I really enjoyed my summer stay here and will be back again next year. Highly recommended.
I wouldnt recommend staying here. Very unprofessional and they will lwt you pay for a site kick you out and give no refund. Its a shame because it is a very nice campground but due to co ops wanting to find issues with anything i am now out 4k thanks hemlock hope you guys feel good kicking out a single mom!!! How shameful
Great place for camping with kids – there’s a pool and a playground. It’s very clean!
Nice people and very helpful staff. Sites r nice but only a few for long campers. Rs is 40 feet and we had to change sites when we arrived because the 1st site was not long enough to accommodate our rig. Sites don't have sewer, but campground will empty black water for a fee. 1 last note, to quote Dennis Leary from the movie The Ref ' Connecticut is the 5th ring of hell.' I only say that because of things that happened on the ride to Connecticut
Been camping at this campground for over 35 years and with in that time seen many changes but it’s always been a favorite spot for me and my family as it’s one of the most wilderness campgrounds in the state with many campgrounds being more in the open and less trees with paved roads. Hemlock hill to me feels more like camping with a lot of foliage and dirt roads instead of paved roads to me this makes it feel more like camping.
