High Point Park Introduce
High Point Park is a established residential destination situated in the heart of the First State, specifically designed to meet the diverse housing needs of the Delaware community. Operating as both a mobile home park and a specialized retirement community, it offers a unique living environment that caters to different stages of life. Whether you are a young family looking for an affordable entry point into homeownership or a senior looking for a peaceful place to enjoy your retirement years, this community provides a structured and managed setting. As the demand for manufactured housing grows across the United States, High Point Park serves as a critical resource for residents in Kent County who value independence, affordability, and a sense of belonging within a local neighborhood.
The community is known for its welcoming atmosphere, often highlighted by the professional interactions between staff and prospective residents. Local expertise is a cornerstone of the management philosophy here, with team members dedicated to helping newcomers navigate the specifics of moving into a manufactured home community. For those relocating from within Delaware or from out of state, the process is streamlined by a knowledgeable office staff that understands the nuances of local regulations and community guidelines. This professional oversight ensures that the park remains a functional and organized place for all who call it home, bridging the gap between traditional suburban living and the flexibility of a mobile home park.

Accessibility is a high priority at High Point Park, ensuring that the community is navigable for everyone, regardless of their physical mobility. The park is designed to be inclusive, recognizing that as a retirement community, many residents may require specific accommodations. The layout of the community and the maintenance of the common areas reflect a commitment to ensuring that individuals with disabilities can move safely and comfortably throughout the grounds. This focus on accessibility extends from the main entrance points to the shared amenities, making it a practical choice for those looking for a long-term home that can adapt to their changing needs over time.

Customer Reviews
My experience with high point park has been amazing from start to finish. I had all of my questions answered by the manager Corinne. She was extremely knowledgeable with all of the information given since I was moving from out of state I left the property well informed along with the maintenance staff being extremely accommodating and prompt with any concerns. Danny has been remarkable angel, and Laurie were also extremely warm. when I was greeted in the office, I feel that this will be a lovely place to call home
If I could give this community 0 stars I would there's drug selling people pulling there pants down on camera people speeding through the park selling people homes that are literally falling apart. Take the concerns to office nothing gets handled. Had to go find out who installed our trailer and everything on our trailer. Because management said they didn't have anything the home could of hurt my family. I have documents and pictures of the incidents.as well as well as company's pictures and quotes of the damages and when it occured during installation of the home. We loved the park. Until we discovered all the underlying issues that were hidden from us. Your people did nothing because they said they didn't have any paper work on the trailer. And they didn't go to the police we did and we have the paper work to prove it. And the email from management for us to take it to the police. You might not have installed the trailer but you still can be held reliable for it .who ever did the counter tops knew something wasn't wright cause they raised the counter tops 3 inches of the base . So I'm pretty sure Karen knew about it. Everyone will see what's going on. Who ever is writing these answers are part of the problems you don't care about peoples familys and there are 8 other families dealing with problems with there homes as well.whobever told you forgot all about the emails that were sent.
Lived here for 15 years. Lot rent goes up every year. In 2013, it was 326.00 a month. Now it is 652.00 and higher for some. For that rate, grass cutting, water, leaf raking and other things should be included in that amount. I do not suggest anyone to move here.
I would like to say thank you to Angel in the High Point office! You are always friendly and knowledgeable whenever I have interacted with you. And when I called with a concern you were quick to address it and got right back to me to let me know it was handled. You are a great asset to our community! Thank you!
My husband and I wanted to leave a review about the office staff at high point park. There is a young lady named angel and we are thrilled to have her in the office. She is kind, friendly, and very helpful. There is another young lady that is the exact opposite of angel. She is brash unfriendly and just downright mean. I had an interaction with her yesterday and I introduced myself and was making small talk and she just glared at me and said whatever and walked away. I think her name is Latisha.
