Jellystone Park™ Pennsylvania Wilds Introduce

For families across Pennsylvania looking for a vacation that balances outdoor adventure with structured entertainment, Jellystone Park™ Pennsylvania Wilds in Mansfield stands as a premier destination. Nestled on 100 scenic acres in the heart of Tioga County, this resort is designed to provide a comprehensive "camp-resort" experience. It is not just a place to pitch a tent or park an RV; it is a themed environment where children can interact with beloved characters like Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™, and Cindy Bear™. The park’s philosophy centers on creating lasting family memories through a combination of high-energy attractions and the natural serenity of the Pennsylvania Wilds region.

The atmosphere at the park is vibrant and community-oriented, making it a favorite for local residents who return year after year. While it offers the rugged beauty of rolling hills and dense forests typical of Northern Pennsylvania, the resort adds a layer of modern luxury and convenience. From themed weekends—such as Yogi Bear’s Birthday Circus or Christmas in July—to daily organized activities like ceramics and "Hey Hey" wagon rides, there is rarely a dull moment. For Pennsylvania parents, the park offers a safe, enclosed environment where children can find independence while remaining close to the home base of their campsite or cabin.

Location and accessibility are major advantages for visitors coming from within the state. Situated at 130 Bucktail Rd, Mansfield, PA 16933, the park is easily reached via Route 15 (Future I-91), making it a convenient drive from Williamsport, State College, or even the New York border. The park features a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restrooms, ensuring that all family members can participate in the fun. Upon arrival, guests will navigate a well-maintained but steep entry road that leads into the heart of the resort. Once inside, the layout is designed for easy navigation, with many of the primary attractions centrally located within a short walk of the main camping loops.

The services offered at Jellystone Park™ Pennsylvania Wilds are tailored to take the stress out of camping. The professional staff and "Ranger Station" team are dedicated to helping guests with everything from site hookups to activity schedules. For those who enjoy the "glamping" side of outdoor life, the park offers a range of onsite services that ensure comfort regardless of the weather. Whether you need a quick repair for your RV or a bag of ice for the cooler, the onsite facilities are stocked and ready to serve.

  • Full-service RV sites equipped with electric, water, and sewer hookups to accommodate the largest modern rigs.
  • A variety of lodging options including deluxe cabins, holiday houses with lofts, and cozy woodsman’s huts.
  • A well-stocked General Store (Ranger Station) providing groceries, camping supplies, firewood, and Yogi Bear™ souvenirs.
  • Modern and clean bathhouses featuring hot showers and ADA-compliant facilities for guest convenience.
  • On-site laundry station to keep the family’s wardrobe fresh during extended stays.
  • Café Snack Bar serving family favorites like pizza, chicken fingers, and French fries between activities.
  • Propane filling station and ice sales to keep your campsite running smoothly.
  • A dedicated seasonal program for those interested in long-term stays or "seasonal" camping opportunities.

The features and highlights of the resort are what truly define the Jellystone experience. The park is a playground for all ages, featuring several unique mechanical and natural attractions. One of the most cherished highlights is the beautifully preserved antique merry-go-round and the mini train that takes guests on a scenic three-quarter-mile tour of the property. For those who want to stay active, the park offers traditional sports alongside modern favorites like jumping pillows and "Gaga Ball."

  • A refreshing outdoor swimming pool that serves as the social hub of the park during the hot summer months.
  • Two massive jumping pillows that offer hours of high-energy fun for children and adults alike.
  • The famous "Hey Hey" wagon rides where guests can sing songs and interact with Yogi Bear™ and friends.
  • A 3/4-mile mini train ride providing a unique way to see the 100-acre wooded grounds.
  • Recreational facilities including a basketball court, sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pits.
  • An 18-hole mini-golf course designed for friendly family competition.
  • Gem mining sluice where kids can unearth fossils and gemstones to take home.
  • Kid-friendly hiking trails that wander through the woods, perfect for introducing younger children to nature.
  • An outdoor theater for movie nights under the stars, featuring family-friendly films and cartoons.
  • Pet-friendly policies that welcome dogs on leashes, ensuring the whole family can stay together.

Choosing Jellystone Park™ Pennsylvania Wilds is worth it for families who want a "done-for-you" vacation where the entertainment is built-in. While there are many campgrounds in Pennsylvania, few can match the sheer volume of activities provided here. For the price of a stay, you aren't just getting a plot of land; you are getting a pass to a water zone, a sports complex, and a daily schedule of events that would cost significantly more at a traditional theme park. The staff’s commitment to solving problems—noted by many long-term visitors—creates a level of security and comfort that allows parents to actually relax while their children play.

Additionally, the park’s location in the Pennsylvania Wilds provides the perfect home base for exploring nearby natural wonders like the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon (Pine Creek Gorge) and Hills Creek State Park. You can spend a quiet morning hiking some of the state’s most beautiful terrain and an afternoon participating in a foam party or laser tag game back at the resort. This combination of the rugged outdoors and resort-style amenities makes Jellystone Park™ Pennsylvania Wilds a uniquely balanced destination. Whether you are staying in a deluxe RV site or a cozy cabin, the opportunity to disconnect from technology and reconnect with family in a fun, safe, and professional environment makes this Mansfield destination a top choice for Pennsylvania travelers.

A good place for young kids to come and swim, jump on the air pillows, or play on the small plays etc. However, the cabins as they call them are old trailers with lofts. The porch is falling down on one corner as the post protrudes through it. This is camping but dang , I should've brought an RV. It would've made for better accommodations for the price you pay. Paying over 180 a night for this poor old hut.

This is a great place to have vacation for you and your family. We’re looking into doing a seasonal instead of getting a cabin. My kids and I are going on 2 weeks of vacation here because we have so much fun. The staff are wonderful in every way. If you have a problem they help fix it no matter how big or small. Best yogi we’ve been to yet. Been coming up here for 4 years now

We felt it was average. The bathrooms need to be updated and more available. The womens bathhouse by us only had 2 toilets, besides the one in the shower room. The mens room only had 1 stall and 1 urinal, besides shower room. There wasnt a washing station, like for dishes making u use the single sink in the bathhouse that had low flow. Road signs would be a nice addition. The futon was the flattest thing ever. The cabin was in good condition and thank you for the A/C. The sites were large and appreciated. There was some confusion about where our key was when we checked on, making it necessary for the check in person to get a different one. A little concerning to think that someone out there may have access to our things. We were asked to change out site due to an issue with our previously booked site. It may have been a nice thing to discount our changed site, especially since now we now longer had a bathroom, shower, coffee maker, or fridge as originally planned. The best things were the jumping pillows, fun for all ages, and the camp store, good prices and such a sweet guy working in there! Also the night time carousel was fun.

as entering the cabin we went to the loft and it was not clean! wrappers and drink bottles left up there and spilt stuff on the bed! I cleaned it all myself. my son was disappointed as he knew the pool was closed but no wagon ride and the jump pillows never were inflated. the thing he likes to do the best! I was gonna go again next week but im gonna book some place else. I have gone here many times with no complaints but this time I was very disappointed

Just an all around MEH experience. Cabins are packed pretty tight. Everything's old like 80s trailer park stuff. DJ was cool and the blob thing for the kids to jump on was fun. Needs a pond/fishing area or something. Might visit again and update.
