Despite a lot of negative reviews Kenyon landing is a pretty nice place to live neighbors keep to themselves for the most part owners of the park are easy to talk to and work with, I have been here for about 3 years now and have had no problems the roads do have potholes but they have been filling them in since I've moved in. As far as living in this area goes Kenyon landing is definitely a step up compared to a lot of places especially for the price that people want for apartments nowadays.

this is one of the worse places I have ever lived. the water is disgusting, the roads will tear up your car and the landlord accuses you of things that are totally off the wall. I feel bad for the people that have no other choice but to live there.
Place. Is. Not. Nice. A 670 credit core to buy a 1 dollar. Trailer. And. Monthly income 3 xs for a junk. Mobile home. Some aren't even liveable
