My wife and I bought a home here last fall. I told her we will be selling it and moving as soon as possible. At night the grounds are overrun with wildlife. Animals get into the garbage cans, onto the roof and underneath the house. In the winter the snowplow drivers careen through the place like it was a race track. The pathway down to the lake is just that-a pathway worn through the woods and not one well constructed or maintained. The first time we made our monthly payment it was misapplied to a different property and they have yet to issue us a refund. Do yourself a favor. Don't move here.
Very well kept...walking path is clean and maintained very well...playground for the kids...fishing and boat launch for non power boats ...dogs welcome must be leashed and you must clean up after your fur baby
