As a dedicated 55+ active adult community, Three Gardens offers residents a unique opportunity to live in a neighborhood that feels like a traditional residential suburb while providing the convenience and affordability of a manufactured home park. Managed by Sun Communities, the park is part of a cluster of high-quality senior living neighborhoods, including Forest Hill, Oak Grove, and Cedar Springs. This interconnectedness creates a larger, more vibrant community where neighbors from different sections often gather for shared events and recreation.

Local residents frequently praise the meticulous upkeep of the grounds and the attractive, single-family style homes that line the private, paved streets. The neighborhood is characterized by its mature landscaping, including beautiful Pin Oak trees, and a pervasive sense of pride in homeownership. Whether you are a lifelong Southington resident looking to downsize or a newcomer to Hartford County seeking a friendly senior community, Three Gardens provides a welcoming environment that residents describe as having "great community spirit" and a "wonderful sense of security."

The proximity to Bradley Memorial Campus (part of Hartford HealthCare) and various pharmacies ensures that healthcare needs are met without the stress of a long commute. Additionally, the town’s new multi-million dollar senior center and public library are nearby, providing even more avenues for local engagement.

Great place to live. It's a very well run 55+ community. Nice and clean and without that trailer park look and feel. Nice clubhouse with great pool. Southington has lots to do and the new 3.7 million dollar senior center is ready to open. Best shopping in the area. Lol, you will never go hungry with probably more restaurants per capita than anywhere in Connecticut. Great library and music on the green the whole summer.
Very nice community living. All well maintained and very attractive homes.
