Being family-owned since 1959 means the management has a personal stake in the community's success and the residents' well-being. Unlike larger corporate-owned parks, there is a level of accountability and care that comes with decades of local ownership. Nice quiet place to live with a "in the country" like setting. A lot of the older trailers are being removed to allow for new homes to come in.Some of the streets could use a little TLC signs, would like to see new trees & shrubs planted to replace the ones cut down. The owner & staff are very nice and act quickly on any park issues.

Lived here for 3 years and some change . i am sad to leave as the community is great very friendly people the lake is right outside of my place and will miss the mornings here , The Land owner and management are OK some issues with maintenance of the roads and when it comes to damaging your property they are quick to handle anything else like Stone at the base of the drive way due to excessive puddling / flooding which i offered to pay for was told i'm on the list. besides that Joe and Crew are very kind and responsive.

I purchased my home in 1997 and I paid cash. This is a quiet and nice little community. Joe, the owner, takes good care of the properties that are in the park. I have been in the Laux Lakeview Mobile home Park for 25 years. No Regrets!
