Parks new management is terrible. They will not help you with anything or follow MHPRA laws. They raise the lot rent yearly. So far 3 times in 3 years. New management do nothing but harass you. Claiming violation after violation. Fix a violation . Nope! instantly get a new one apparently.

This trailer park made me never want to live in another trailer park ever again in my entire life if I have anything to do with it. They have zero consideration for noise, time of day, and most importantly you. It's hell on earth. I am getting out ASAP!

They have new owners and are now West Shore Manufactured Home Community. The lot rent is high here for the tiny piece of land your home sits on. They have on street parking only and there is only enough space for 2 vehicles per home, that's if nobody else parks in your space. The new owners have gotten rid of most of the trouble tenants. The new company requires you to sign a 2 year lease minimum, so if you want to sell your home within your first 2 years there, oh well! They allow indoor cats and expect you to pay a monthly fee. In the lease you are only allowed small dogs, under 30#, and not certain breeds. Most tenants who have dogs do not follow these limitations nor do they pick up after their animals. I would suggest looking at other communities before considering moving here.
