There lucky I can't pick a zero. They will literally take u for everything u have. They have no soul. O u didn't mow this week we'll do it that will just cost u 85 bucks. O u didn't shovel another 85. Good luck having guests over too cause if they come over too much you'll get a letter and they'll tow you're friends car. The grounds keeper is a cranky old man that will literally get u in trouble for anything. If they don't like u they will bully u till they either evict u or u leave. Good luck seeing that security deposit too. A hole will cost u 500 bucks easy no matter the size. U will recover certified letter for anything. U give them a 30 days notice they'll find a way to get rid of u sooner and won't let u come for ur stuff then charge u if u leave it there. This place is probably the worst place u could choose to live.

Made false accusations and egregious remarks in obstructing court order custody to limit access after untrue claims from a false witness that try to steer and blockbust based ethnicity.. if anyone issues or concerns please feel to report them by submitting a complaint to PA FAIR HOUSING HOTLINE, PA HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION, or PA OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. Only way for accountability or justice and consequences be enforced on unethical, unprofessional or even neglectful duties of safe living or conduct.

Treated my daughter horribly!! The manager named Lindsay talks down to tenants and is totally condescending with no customer service skills whatsoever!!!! She is an absolute horrible representative of her company and should be terminated!! Would not recommend this company to anyone!!

The office never answers phone calls. They discriminate against certain dog breeds, and dont allow any dogs under 2 years old. Moved in here November 3, 2018 it is now March 23, 2019 and they still have not fixed our microwave we have told them about several times.
